  • Payment: masked card details or tokenized identifiers from payment providers, UPI handle, transaction metadata (amount, timestamps). We do not store full card numbers, CVV, or PIN on our servers.

Until India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) is brought into force, we follow the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 (“SPDI Rules”).   • Travel suppliers: airlines, GDS/aggregators, hotels, DMCs, cruise lines, car rentals, activity partners, insurance and visa facilitation partners.
