Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Best Deal Travels. By using our website, contacting us, or booking any service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Scope of Services

We design and facilitate travel arrangements (flights, hotels, transfers, visas, insurance, activities, packages) via our network of suppliers (airlines, hotels, DMCs, consolidators, insurers, visa partners). We act as an intermediary; each service is ultimately provided by the respective supplier under their own terms.

Bookings & Contract Formation

  • Quotes are typically valid only at the time of sharing and are subject to availability and supplier confirmation.
  • Your booking is confirmed after we receive the required payment and you receive a written confirmation/voucher.
  • Names, travel dates, and passport details must match government IDs. You are responsible for accuracy.
  • “On request” services may take time to confirm; if not confirmed, we will offer alternatives or a refund for the unconfirmed item.

Prices, Taxes & Surcharges

  • Prices are dynamic and may change due to availability, currency fluctuation, or supplier revision.
  • Applicable taxes/fees (e.g., GST, airport fees, city taxes) are extra unless stated “inclusive”.
  • For overseas tour packages, TCS or any applicable tax/levy may be charged as per prevailing law.
  • Convenience/forex charges may apply for certain payment modes.
  • If a pricing error occurs, we may correct it and give you the option to proceed or cancel for a full refund of the affected component.

Payments

  • Deposit or full payment timelines will be shared in writing. Failure to pay on time may lead to cancellation by suppliers with applicable charges.
  • We may accept UPI, cards, bank transfer, or approved wallets. We do not store full card data.
  • Chargebacks/disputes should first be raised with us; misuse of chargebacks may attract recovery action.

Cancellations & Refunds (by Traveller)

  • Airline, visa, insurance, and certain hotel/activity bookings are often non-refundable from the moment of issuance.
  • Partial cancellations/changes are subject to supplier rules and our service fee.
  • Refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method after we receive funds from suppliers. Timelines depend on supplier/bank workflows.

Amendments (by Traveller)

  • Name/date/itinerary changes are subject to availability and supplier penalties or fare differences, plus our service fee.
  • Some services (especially flights and visas) may not permit any change.

Changes or Cancellations (by Us/Suppliers)

  • Suppliers may reschedule, reroute, downgrade, or cancel due to operational or regulatory reasons. We will assist with alternatives offered by the supplier.
  • If a key component is cancelled and no suitable alternative exists, you may receive a refund for the affected component as per supplier policy.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure/delay due to events beyond reasonable control: natural disasters, epidemics, government actions, strikes, war, civil unrest, technical failures, or similar events. We will support rebooking per supplier rules.

Travel Documents, Visa & Entry Rules

  • You are responsible for valid passports, visas, transit visas, health/vaccination certificates, and compliance with destination laws.
  • We can assist with visa facilitation on a best-effort basis; approval is at the sole discretion of embassies/consulates. Visa fees and service charges are non-refundable.
  • Airlines/immigration may deny boarding/entry for documentation or conduct reasons; such cases are treated as no-show/cancellation.

Health, Insurance & Safety

  • Purchase comprehensive travel insurance (medical, trip cancellation/curtailment, baggage, personal liability). Some destinations require mandatory coverage.
  • Declare medical conditions and special assistance needs at enquiry/booking time.

Hotels & Ground Services

  • Hotel classifications (stars) are indicative and may vary by country. Standard check-in/out times and room types apply as per hotel policy.
  • City/resort fees, security deposits, and incidentals are payable directly at the hotel.
  • Special requests (bed type, early check-in, adjoining rooms) are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Flights

  • Please reconfirm flight times and terminals; schedules can change. Check-in early and meet baggage/ID requirements.
  • Low-cost carriers may not include baggage/meals/seat selection by default.

Activities & Adventure

Adventure or outdoor activities entail inherent risks. You participate at your own risk, complying with local operator instructions and safety standards.

Conduct

We and our suppliers may refuse service or remove any traveller whose behaviour is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive, without refund.

Intellectual Property & Site Use

All content on our site (text, images, logos) is our or our licensors’ property. You may not copy, scrape, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.

Reviews & User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use them in our marketing (you may withdraw consent by writing to us; removal timelines may vary for materials already published).

Privacy

Your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. By communicating via WhatsApp/SMS/Email, you consent to receiving trip updates and—if opted in—promotional messages (you can opt out anytime).

Liability

  • We act as an intermediary; each supplier is responsible for its own services.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising from a booking is limited to the service fee we directly received for that booking, excluding amounts paid to suppliers.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (lost time, missed connections, enjoyment, etc.).

Complaints

Please report issues immediately to the local supplier and to us so we can assist. Post-trip complaints should be emailed within 15 days of return with supporting documents.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, disputes may be referred to a sole arbitrator in [city], [state], India. Courts at [city], [state] shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
